Hello & Goodbye !
I forget to write on this blog as I usually write on the Artytart one. Done a few things this year, and at the moment I seem to be on a roll. Although sales at the Untitled Artists Fair in June didnt cover my expenses, I seem to have made some contacts - which are only just making themselves known.
A project company in Fulham may be able to use my services, and since we shall be returning to London in January, it's all a bit opportune. The Jamjar Gallery Dubai is having 2 of my new etchings on their stand at Index Dubai next week. The Atlanta interors people that I did a commission for this August, have now landed another job in Abu Dhabi, and contacted me again.......they also have an office in London.
Serendipity Rules OK !
I have signed up to do the Artist At Home event for west London, June 17-19th 2011. About 60 artists in Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush & Chiswick have an Open Studio weekend, and I shall be showing my work with Louise Mock (ceramics) in her house.
It will be strange to be back in the UK, for good, after 30 years of gypsy life, but I'm getting very excited about it ! Will we stay in London ? Will we move to Brighton...Chiswick? Who knows....if you do, give me a clue !

JOINT EXHIBITION WITH JUDY ROBERTS
GWYNFA GALLERY, VILLA 57 KHALIDIYA VILLAGE (behind Khalidiya Mall) 28th St., Abu Dhabi.
Dubai artist Judy Roberts and I will be having a joint show - again at the GWYNFA GALLERY - on NOVEMBER 5th- 7th. We will have approximately 40 pieces between us, and should be a terrific mix . Paintings, drawings, original prints and mixed media.
Opening reception thursday 7pm 5th November, subsequent days 10am - 7pm - we will probably be around for most of the show to chat. The opening evening is usually a good wine and nibbles do, and a chance to meet new friends or neighbours - and buy incredible works of art, of course !
FANAAN NEXT EXHIBITION
Fanaan's eight members will be holding a collective show at the Gwynfa Gallery, Abu Dhabi , opening this thursday 22nd October at 7pm. Come for wine and nibbles, and chat to the artists - find out what it's all about......or not !! Some interesting pieces for your walls .

Opening reception on 22ndOct. 7pm , 23rd & 24th from 10am-7pm. At least one of the artists will be present throughout the show, I shall be there on saturday afternoon.
